The class attended last night with Jasmine was great! She is Singapore’s first and only Tattered Angels endorsed educator!! I’ve learn plenty of amazing cutting edge techniques from her!
Here are two layouts that I did from learning how to control my sprays, achieve variegated backgrounds, masking and resist techniques and many more!
My Valentine is a memory of our first Valentine’s Day spent together in Istanbul, Turkey. The picture was taken in front of the Blue Mosque compound in freezing winter! Yes, it was snowing when the pictures was taken! That explain our funny frozen smiles :D
We planned to have our romantic Valentine’s dinner at the restaurant on the top floor of our hotel overlooking the city. However due to jet lag we’ve both overslept and missed out our dinner reservation! Only to woke up at 2.30am, and was in shocked that our first Valentine’s Day passed us by in our dreamland!!
The flower was created using recycled kitchen towel! As we soaked up leftover inks from the glimmer mist, the kitchen towel absorbed all the different colours and it looks beautiful! We then dry the kitchen towel, cut them into strips of 1” and glued them on a circle card stock. And TA-DAAAAAA…!!! Crumpled flower! Nice? ;)
Happy Together was taken in Perth, one of Richard’s many surprises for me! He and my friends had pre-planned an outing in Perth without my knowledge and surprised me when he showed up on board the plane I was flying!
Perth also set special meaning in our relationship. This is the city where we met and how our love story started…
Did I mention that the Glimmer Mist class from MWL also giveaway 3 bottles of 1oz. glimmer mist?! That’s a great deal isn’t it? :) Colours given FREE was key lime pie, pink bubblegum and sunflower.
I manage to buy some items from MWL shop before the class started too! I’ve always love vintage style, and since I’ll be learning more techniques on using glimmer mist … I’ve also bought two bottles of 2 oz. Tattered Angels glimmer mist!
Colours that I bought; tattered leather and bronze
More journaling stamps and Tim Holtz distress powder in walnut stain.
I’m so glad they still have stock for these cute vintage charms from Making Memories! These were last week new arrivals, I’ve missed it since I was back in KL. Aren’t these darlings adorable!!! Love it!
Oooh … tomorrow is Thursday! Which means new arrivals day!! Not sure if I’ll be going, depends on the new arrival items. If I’m going, I’ll definitely check out the Paper Market that was newly open in Plaza Singapura! Can kill two birds with one stone?! ;)

Lovely stuff Viv!
