Hubby was telling me about one of his client that is super nice and a very humble man from Malaysia. Recently my hubby’s company donated a huge sum worth of software for his client’s ex university.
His client was so grateful of the gift that was presented by him to his university. It’s like 23 years ago he was a student there, and now he’s contributing back to his university where he begin his career.
My hubby taught of giving him a memorable scrapbook to keep such meaningful event that revolves back his client’s gratitude towards his school. And so, he asked his wife (which is me) to do it for him!
So here’s my finished mini album, with some vintage flair to it! ;) Hopefully my hubby is pleased with the creation and design and his client will like it when he receives it tomorrow! *fingers crossed*
The front cover and back cover was painted with Tim Holtz tarnished brass crackle paint, and distressed with walnut stain and frayed burlap for a more aged effect.
Every pages was aged with distress inking of tea dye and frayed burlap. The edge of the pages was further distress with walnut stain to create a burn effect.
These are the intro pages of his client’s student days. He has scanned a copy of of his student ID and a few old photos for my hubby. The subtitle ‘Dare to Dream’ fits best in this page. I’ve embossed it with glitter on tea dye ink.
Photos of his client and his ex-lecturer at the university.
I love corner stamps from Friskars Harlequin Charm! It look even more pretty when applied with Tim Holtz distress powder that create the weather worn look!
Finale! A little souvenir of the software donation miniature contract for his memory keepsake. That’s all folks! Total of 16 pages mini album that took me 2 days to design and complete. Was inspired by some of Piradee works too ;)
Thanks for dropping by, I hope you like the scrapbooking I did.
