A Mother’s Love for MIL

It took me 2-3 hours to design this card especially my mother-in-law ;) Next Sunday, May 9th will be Mother’s Day. She’s now my mother too, my husband’s mom will be treated like my own mom, to be respected and love. For without her, I won’t have such a wonderful husband who loves me tremendously.

Since she’s living in USA, I need to mail this at least a week in advance. Hubby will be flying off for business meetings, I’ll need to have the card ready for him to sign and write a short message in the card before mailing it.

I’m using one of my favourite collections ‘Le Romantique’ from Graphic 45 papers. Did I mention that I love “VINTAGE” effect?

Here’s a close up on the layering and butterfly I cut out from Prima Marketing papers. The Maya Road crystal pin sparkles on this card :)

A peep on the inside of the card. A corner lace rub on to create some design on the empty space so that it won’t turn out to be just a bunch of writings later.

Close up on the top of the card. Those pretty flower stamps are so adorable! It was cut out from Graphic 45 collection. All the stamps, butterflies and even chandelier are using form dots.

The corrugated card board misted with Tattered Angels glimmer mist in tattered leather and pink bubblegum. It create some colours on the textured card ;)

To sum it all … This card is “made with love”!

I love the final look of this card!! So vintage and sweet ♥
