♥ Home tweet Home ♥

I’m pretty amazed with myself (self praising) that I’ve completed two cards this morning before heading out for a lovely lunch with hubby by the seaside.
I had this inspiration last night before going to bed, and I can’t wait to start doing these cards as soon as I wake up! I was awake at 7am today!! :)
Here are some cards I’ve designed for my friends house warming! It’s a great feeling finally owning your own home to start a family … and what’s better than your very own nest to come home to?! :)
Home Sweet Home pullout tag card was created using papers from American Craft Adobe collection. These cute houses has glossy highlight on the paper, and it also matches with my recent purchased American Craft ribbons! The pullout tag ribbon was secured with an eyelet in creamy yellow. Inside the pullout card where the see through cut out circle is, I rub on “Home Sweet Home” … and my message will be on the tag card!

Next card is “Home tweet Home”, using mix texture cardstock in creating the 3D house and punched out flowers, pearls by Melissa Frances and ribbon from Daiso.
The bird was stamped on transparency and then cut into shape. The bird stamp is from Tim Holtz collection.

The overall idea came from cut out circle. Yeah, you probably have spotted the circle shape die cut from both designs! ;)
Well, what’s more fulfilling today besides completed two cards in the morning was my lunch! I was craving for CRABS for a long time, and told my hubby that I wanted to have crabs.
So we drove over to East Coast Park for favourite crab restaurant – JUMBO SEAFOOD. Unfortunately they are closed during lunch hour, and only operate from 4pm till late! Oh what a bummer! :(
Next to JUMBO SEAFOOD, there are many other seafood restaurants around. Since we are already at the East Cost Park, may as well eat somewhere there. We found LONG BEACH not too far from JUMBO SEAFOOD and decided to give it a try! After all I could not contain my cravings any longer!!! I want CRAB! I WANT IT NOW!!! Hahahhahaha!!!
LONG BEACH turn out to be fantastic!! Not to mentioned the best Chilli Crab I’ve ever had … but the service was simply marvellous! So much better compared to JUMBO SEAFOOD! For example, the waitress even open up the wet tissue papers for us after seeing our hands messed up with gravy! That’s a very thoughtful service! :)

Hubby ordered a gigantic 2 kilos black pepper crab!
The crab claw was as big as his hand!!!

We enjoyed our crabby meal overlooking the sea. From afar we watched those big container ships and people kayaking. It was a lovely afternoon, the cool sea breeze reminds us very much of our honeymoon in Bora Bora.

Simple bliss to enjoy …
