Usually weekends never mean much to me, as I’m home every single day with my baby.
Once in a while, just wanna feel how it’s like to be doing something lazy on Sunday (especially knowing that the next day is a public holiday). My sis has been raving about the New Village nasi lemak in Damansara Uptown. It’s just a stone throw away from where we stay, but never bring my butt to go down there to try the famous nasi lemak. I gave up going to DU for one reason – NO PARKING SPACE! Even if double parking is hard to find, never mind the constant MPPJ tow truck and “samans” everywhere.
Opportunity came today ~ SUNDAY = no offices = MORE PARKING!!
So I told my mom that I’ll be buying lunch and Cha Time!
It was a breeze … Queue was short for both places. I’m lucky. As soon as I pay, I looked back at the queue. Goodness! The queue was all the way out to the street … and people willing to stand under the hot sun!!
Great weather today, too hot for my liking. But luckily it rained in the late afternoon, making me super sleepy after a heavy meal. While breast feeding Sophia, I fell asleep before she does! :P
That’s what I call a LAZY SUNDAY!
Now, need to get ready for my friend, Nick’s wedding dinner! Julian is so nice to offer me a ride! Otherwise I’ll have a difficult time looking for parking late at night at my mom’s apartment. Just don’t feel safe in Malaysia.
Okies, if I decided to bring camera (the ultra bulky one) then will blog about Nick’s wedding.
