Hubby flew to Dallas for meeting today, so I cooked a simple lunch for myself and mother-in-law.
She bought a lot of pre packed cook meals, and we have leftover turkey and prawns from Christmas. So I whipped out a pasta pack and add in the turkey and prawns that gives the leftovers a fresh taste, and caramelised them with onions!
